SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All STS Collective launch pieces are currently available via preorder.
Please allow up to 30 days for preorder items to be processed and shipped via standard shipping. We’re intentionally taking our time to ensure every piece is produced and packaged to the standard we believe you deserve.
Once preorders officially close, all in-stock orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days via standard shipping.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Due to the limited nature of our drops and preorder production model, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we do offer size exchanges where stock is available. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
To request a size exchange, please contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Proof of purchase must be provided
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via our Contact page and we’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.
